Position Summary
Clarity Campaign Labs (claritycampaigns.com) provides customized polling, analytics, and strategy solutions for Democratic campaigns and socially responsible organizations who need a data-driven approach that best supports them in winning close races or solving difficult problems. Rather than a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, Clarity believes tailored strategies, grounded in real-world application, give our clients the advantage they need to understand whose opinions and behaviors they can change, and what they need to do to win. We founded Clarity in 2012, bringing together a diverse set of individuals with decades of political campaign strategy, data, and analytics experience. Our team has worked on hundreds of races across the country, from presidential races to governor, senate, and congressional elections to local issue advocacy campaigns, and everything in between.
Summary
We are hiring current college students and recent graduates to join the Clarity team for the summer. If you have strong analysis and technical skills and are interested in working on predictive models, opinion research, and analytical puzzles for high profile campaigns, you’re in the right place! Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, quick to pick up new skills, and dedicated to progressive candidates and causes.
In their time at Clarity, an Analyst Fellow will master the basics of political data, become fluent in campaign applications of voter targeting, gain valuable experience working with voter file data, survey methodologies, and develop the technical skills to tackle a wide range of analytic problems. Fellowships also include the potential for full time employment in 2026.
